A:  All C2ers will follow normal programming this week.  This week and next week will be volume de-loading weeks in preparation for the new C2 program.

B: Snatch 7×1 (practice from the high hang if you are still working towards a full snatch)

C: Team WOD – One partner holds a 135/95# barbell in the front rack position while the other teammate runs 200 meters. If the barbell is dropped the team must complete 1 burpee for each second the bar stays on the ground. You goal is to accumulate as many 200 meter sprints as possible in 15 minutes.
