A2: 1 Clean and Jerk every 30 seconds for 10min.  85-90% 1RPM

A3: 3 rnf – 10 OHS (135/95), Row 350 meters, 15 HSPU

B: Back Squat 5×5

C: 15min AMRAP: 15 Wallballs (20/14), 15 Pull-ups, 15 box jumps (20′)

D: 10 GHD ham curls, 10 Hip Thrusts
